Islamic Centre of Kharkiv (Kholodnohirskyi district) — small community mosque, irregular prayer schedule; check ahead. Secondhand prayer space may be available through the Ukrainian Islamic Association, but facilities are minimal and not tourist-friendly.

Essentially nothing. Business hours, restaurant times, and public life remain entirely unchanged. No special markets, no communal prayers, no media coverage of Ramadan.
Tips for Muslim travelers
Bring halal meal-replacement supplements or freeze-dried food from home—you will not find iftaar meals in Kharkiv. Identify the 1–2 small mosques in advance and plan prayer times around their limited daily schedules. Consider traveling to a nearby Muslim-majority city (e.g., Istanbul, 1.5 flight hours away) if Ramadan observance is essential to your trip.
